Kathie Corzine, Controller
Kathie joined the TerraCorp/Terrex companies as a bookkeeper in 2003, and has since overseen loan processing, payroll and human resources functions.
She brings over 25 years' experience in accounting, payroll and HR to the team.
Since 2012, Kathie has had the responsibility for maintaining operating and partnership accounts as well as the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, audits and tax preparation for all managed properties.
