Guadalupe Godinez, Compliance Manager
Guadalupe is dedicated and passionate in every aspect of her life. She brings over 15 years of affordable housing experience. Her creativity, passion and drive allow her to provide a high level of customer service and attention to detail to TerraCorp. Prior to TerraCorp, Guadalupe worked with Eden Housing Management, as a Senior Community Manager, overseeing a 200+ unit complex.
Guadalupe maintains a Tax Credit Specialist Certification. Guadalupe’s role as a Compliance Specialist requires maintaining program compliance. In addition to working with 3rd party consultants, she assists with the internal compliance database and assists the accounting staff with financials. She also assists with training site personnel and creating policies and procedures. Guadalupe is always ready to help those around her.
Guadalupe has a unique charm and passion free spirit. She enjoys spending her free time watching her two children’s sports and exploring new outdoor environments. Guadalupe can be found camping, hiking, or running on the weekends.
